Series WJ pumps are portable
 for mobile applica- tion.

 Single phase pumps have
a carrying grip and are supplied
 complete with power cable,
 plug and ON/OFF switch.

– Jet Pump (WJ) – Installation
and Operation instructions.
Peripheral pumps,
also referred to as regenerative
pumps (also see Side channel pumps),
 are centrifugal pumps whose impeller
 (see Peripheral impeller)
 rotates in a largely concentri
c casing channel with an inlet and an
 outlet opening.

Peripheral pumps operate
 by means of an impeller
 characterised by a large
number of small dual-flow radial blades
 (with dual input) arranged along
 its peripheral area.

The centrifugal forces inside
 the rotor generate a circulatory
 flow between the impeller and
 the casing channel.

A pump is a device that
moves fluids (liquids or gases),
 or sometimes slurries,
by mechanical action, typically
 converted from electrical energy
 into hydraulic energy.

On the other hand,
 they have a better capacity.
 Another very striking
advantage lies in the fact
 that these products are

very inexpensive to purchase.
 For these reasons,
they are widely used in
the home to pump clean water ,
without abrasive particles or chemical liquids.

You may have lost prime because the well has run dry, check valve has gone bad, foot valve has gone bad, or you have a leak in the suction pipe. If there is water in the pump, the internal jet may be plugged. Remove the jet injector from the pump and try to clear the obstruction with a coat hanger or something similar. There are two types of jet pumps: those for deep wells and those for shallow ones. Shallow well jet pumps work similarly to submersible well pumps, but they only work for wells at a depth of 25 feet or less. Deep well pumps are more powerful, meaning they can function in wells as deep as 100 feet. One of the most common reasons why the pump might be running, but you don't have any water going to your house, is that there is a malfunction with the pressure switch itself. If you take a look at the pressure tank, you will see a pressure switch at the bottom. Another disadvantage is that HJPs have a low overall efficiency, typically between 10% and 30%, depending on the fluid properties and the nozzle-throat ratio. This means that a lot of energy is wasted in the process of pumping the fluid mixture to the surface.
